Welcome to the DealSage Trust Center. DealSage LLC., founded in 2025, is an AI platform and implementation partner for investment firms. We capture everything a firm knows, emails, models, memos, call notes and data rooms, into one structured, finance-native ontology, and build the apps and agents that run on it, for private equity firms, investment banks, venture capital and corporate development teams. Because our platform holds our clients' most sensitive deal information, security is foundational to how we build and operate, and this Trust Center sets out how.

Our commitment to security is foundational, guided by a comprehensive Information Security Policy that establishes our approach to minimizing information misuse, compromise, or loss. This overarching policy is supported by a series of specific security policies, including those for Acceptable Use, Asset Management, Backup, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Data Classification, Retention, and Protection, Encryption and Password, Incident Response, Physical Security, Risk Assessment, Software Development Life Cycle, System Access Management, Vendor Management, and Vulnerability Management. These policies are reviewed and updated annually by senior management and key personnel to ensure they meet necessary security standards. All personnel are required to acknowledge their understanding of these policies during onboarding and annually thereafter.

We prioritize the protection of all information, regardless of its storage medium, and apply our security measures to all DealSage employees, partners, contractors, vendors, and any entity accessing our networks or systems. This includes strict controls over the use of company systems, which are considered company business records and subject to review for audits, litigation, and compliance.

DealSage has undergone independent examination of its controls, resulting in a SOC 2 Type 2 report for the period of February 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026. This report provides assurance that DealSage's service commitments and system requirements related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy are being met through the effective design and operation of our controls. We also diligently monitor our critical vendors and service providers, reviewing their compliance reports and evidence against industry frameworks and DealSage's requirements at least annually.

Our data retention policy outlines clear requirements for managing the retention and deletion of customer data, ensuring that data is retained only as long as necessary and securely removed when accounts are closed. Furthermore, our Acceptable Use Policy details expectations for employees regarding the use of computing devices, data handling, and protection against malware, with ongoing security awareness training and a fair disciplinary process for policy breaches.
